The intervention to prevent HTPs and GBV would be to provide sustained and adequate information on reproductive health. This could be realised through the coordination and support of the Kebele management, religious leaders, schools, women and youth associations, other government organisations, NGOs and the communities at large.

• Educate the community about the risks and consequences of HTP and GBV through available channels of communication,
• Involve religious, clan and other influential leaders of the community and Traditional Birth Attendants in educating the public about this issue.
• Strongly encourage the government to be critically committed to making the laws more strict and to develop enforcement strategies.
• You should also mention that the Ethiopian law is against FGM, marriage by abduction and early marriage.
