Contraindications:

Known history of a severe allergic reaction (e.g., anaphylaxis) to any component of this vaccine
Do not administer to individuals with known allergic reaction to polyethylene glycol or related molecules
Do not administer to individuals who developed an immediate allergic reaction (e.g., anaphylaxis, respiratory distress) to the first dose this vaccine

Precautions:

Acute febrile illness, or persons with acute PCR-confirmed COVID-19 should not be vaccinated until after they have recovered from acute illness
Observe post-vaccination for at least 15 minutes but persons with known history of any immediate allergic reaction to any other vaccine or injectable therapy should be observed 30 minutes post vaccination.
