Clinical Staff

• Medical and nursing care 24 hrs. per day and 7 days per week
• Organize 8 hrs. shifts with adequate rest
• During each shift 2-3 breaks need to be taken
• Staff should undress and go out of High-risk area for break
• 4 teams can be formed: 1 team for each shift and 1 office
• Each team should contain 
• medical doctor/health officer and 2-4 nurses
• Work in couples for good collaboration and supervision each other
• A medical doctor should supervise and train the staff
