Discharge Criteria for COVID-19

Patient diagnosed with the novel corona virus pneumonia can be discharged when the symptoms 

• subsisted
• body temperature remains at a normal range for at least three days 
• Two consecutive laboratory tests are negative

NB: All patients discharged home should be instructed to return to hospital if they develop any worsening of illness
