Discharge Criteria for COVID-19 (continued)

Any person who has contact with confirmed COVID-19 case has to be followed for 14 days:

• If no symptoms developed with 14 days test and discharge after two consecutive negative laboratory result
• If symptoms developed with 14 days admit the patient, treat and follow the same protocol as to discharge

NB: All patients discharged home should be instructed to return to hospital if they develop any worsening of illness.
