Recommendation for Waste Management for HBIC

• The patient waste bag should be placed in her/his room.
• Face Masks and gloves used by the patient and caregiver should be immediately put in the waste bag of the patient.
• Patient waste bags should be closed when they are removed from the patient room, never be emptied in another bag.
• After handling the waste bag, appropriate and strict hand hygiene should proceed.
• Keep the waste at home for three days to protect the waste collectors.
