Module Overview

• This module provides health workers with guidance on policies and procedures with regards to Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) to prevent the risks of infection transmission in healthcare settings and the community.
  
• It highlights IPC standard precautions and application of its components including respiratory and hand hygiene, personal protective equipment, disinfection and sterilization procedures and facility management practices to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
