• Regional laboratories
• Testing, if capacity already established 
• Training on sample collection and shipment for facility professionals 
• Sample collection and shipment to national (for non-testing labs)
• Health facilities (hospitals and health centers) 
• Engaged in RRT for sample collection 
• Store, pack and ship samples to regional lab/national labs as per TOR available
