To increase public awareness and risk perception about COVID-19
To facilitate multi-sectoral coordination and leadership
To improve community engagement and ownership
To enforce implementation of Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions (NPIs)
To increase access to face mask supplies and hand washing facilities/services
