• Create working relationship with influential people in your region or woreda: remember that this is only to share the information produced by the RHB offices (be sure to avoid political affiliation) as part of the COVID-19 response
• Create good rapport with National Risk Communication, Woreda level and other Regional Risk Communication teams.
• Use accurate data and keep your page and audience up-to-date with current news on COVID-19 in Ethiopia.
• Engage with audience in an interactive manner. Use quizzes, challenges, discussion forums etc.
• Monitor messages, comments and suggestions to provide information needed by your audience
• Dispel myths not by sharing or commenting on them but rather by providing accurate information through your media
• Remember, it is important to be authentic and stick to your objectives
