Management of Contacts
- Contacts of a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 case, according to WHO recommendations must self isolate or be quarantined for 14 days from the last time they were exposed to a COVID-19 patient
- Monitor all registered contacts through daily visits so that any early symptoms can be detected
- Pay special attention to any contact who may be in a higher-risk group, such as older or immuno-compromised people
- Report any symptoms in a contact immediately to the RRT for case investigation and transfer to the isolation/treatment center
