Steps in Conducting Contact Tracing

• Contact identification: From case investigation by Epidemiologists. 
• Note contacts with high-risk exposure (close contacts) and low-risk exposure (casual contacts) 
• Contact registration or listing: List all social, family, work and health care worker contacts who were exposed to the confirmed case from 4 days prior to symptom onset of the case until the day the confirmation result was released
• Contact follow-up for 14 days from the last date of unprotected exposure to the confirmed case
