How It Works

• Once COVID-19 Ethiopia is downloaded onto a smart phone or tablet, the training content is readily available for use offline. Users earn points for engagement with the course content, and badges when they complete a course. When a course is updated, users are automatically notified that a new version is available, so they can keep their course content up-to-date.  
• The platform is fully open source, and has been reviewed and endorsed for use as part of the COVID-19 response by the FMOH and EPHI jointly. All training content deployed on the platform is FMOH/EPHI owned and approved.

The courses offered on this platform are an abridged version of more detailed course content and trainees can access National Comprehensive COVID-19 Management Handbook developed by the FMOH for detailed information.

How to Access COVID-19 Ethiopia Training App

Users can download the COVID-19 Ethiopia Training App from the FMOH google Play store using android based  devises. The App requires minimal storage space at less than 5 MB.
