This section will help you understand the basics of a smartphone. This smartphone is a work tool that will help improve your work as a CHA. This phone is for the National Community Health Assistant Program, and is not your personal device. If a CHSS or CHA looses, damages, or is found to use in an unauthorized way, he or she shall be investigated by the County Health Team. If found guilty, he/she shall be held liable to pay for the mobile equipment.
Powering on and Off: Press and hold the Power Button to turn on and off the device. Note, that this button may be in a different location depending on the device you are using.
Quickly press the power button to put the device to sleep. When sleeping, the phone will have the screen off, but can be turned on much faster than when turning it off. The phone will automatically go to sleep after about 2 minutes. Just press the power button to wake up the device.
