On the activity page, click on the image with the play symbol (triangle) to watch a video. Once the video is playing, touch he screen to bring buttons onto the screen:

Track Bar: Use the green line on the screen to move around the video. Click on the circle on the bar and use your finger to drag to the time that you want to jump to.

Rewind: Clicking on the Rewind button moves back in the video by 5 seconds.

Pause: The button in the middle is the pause button. It allows you to stop and resume playing a video.

Forward: Clicking on forward skips the video ahead by 15 seconds.
