James Wolff is an associate professor of International Health at Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH) and a former Senior Fellow at Management Sciences for Health, (MSH) a non-profit international public health management consulting company. At BUSPH he teaches courses on Maternal and Child Health in Developing Countries, the Principles of International Health, Program Design, Program Implementation, and Leadership (with colleagues from MSH) I have been the co-director for a BUSPH partnership with the Public Health Foundation of India and the Indian Council for Medical Research for faculty development. Currently, He is the Co-PI for a CDC funded faculty and curriculum development partnership with Muhimbili University School of Allied Health Sciences and the Dartmouth Institute for Health Care Improvement. He is also the faculty representative for the field practice program for the Department on International Health.

Hannah Carey is earning her MPH in Global Health at Boston University School of Public Health. Infectious diseases are of particular interest to her- she finds the connection between poverty and communicable diseases fascinating. After finishing her MPH, Hannah plans to earn her medical degree. She intends to work in low resource settings as a clinician, and use her public health education to inform further work in program design and research.
Erin Degraw is an MPH candidate at BUSPH in the Global Health Department. She is passionate in health system strengthening with a specific focus on capacity building for maternal and child health programs. Erin hopes to persue a career in project management, building and implementing effective and locally sustainable public health interventions in communities throughout the developing world.
Maya Guttman-Slater is working on her MPH in Global Health at BU's School of Public Health. She is focusing on disaster relief and complex humanitarian emergencies. Her work with children over the past 10 years continues as she hopes to become involved in the logistics and operations side of disaster relief, working on programs affecting children in refugee camps around the world.
Elizabeth Porter is an MPH candidate in the Global Health Department at BUSPH. She has an interest in both program management and the monitoring and evaluation of programs. She cares deeply about child health issues and the sexual and reproductive health of vulnerable populations. Elizabeth hopes to pursue a career that will combine her love for research with implementation in underserved communities around the world.

She aims to pursue a career in project management, ensuring that effective and culturally appropriate health interventions are efficiently implemented in communities around the globe.

Alison Anger is an MPH candidate at BUSPH concentrating in Global Health and Development & Pharmaceuticals. She is passionate about international maternal and child, particularly the health outcomes of orphans and vulnerable children and those living with HIV. She aims to pursue a career in project management in East Africa.
Katherine Broecker is a MPH candidate at BUSPH concentrating in Global Health & Development and Pharmaceuticals. She is passionate about the malnutrition-infectious disease cycle and desires to develop nutritional interventions to help combat this underlying challenge to many public health programs.
Gabrielle Fortier is a MPH candidate at BUSPH concentrating in Global Health. She is interested in strenghtening health systems and electronic medical record systems. She is also interested in the creative process and logistical issues of tailoring of health programs to the specific needs of cultures and country-specific circumstances.
Ashley Gavin is an RPCV who served in Colombia and an MPH candidate at BUSPH concentrating in Maternal and Child Health and Global Health. She is interested in examining family and community health and sexual and reproductive health through a lifecourse lens.
Stefanie Sanders is an MPH candidate at BUSPH concentrating in Global Health. She is passionate about international, community development, specifically, the development of better health systems and programs. She is also interested in health communications and promoting healthy lifestyles both in the United States and abroad.

She is passionate about strengthening the health and development systems of Latin America, particularly focusing on malnutrition and non-communicable diseases. She hopes to pursue a career in health program management with international NGOs and governments in Latin America.
Zachary Gersten is an MPH candidate at BUSPH with concentrations in Global Health and African Studies and advanced language training in French and Wolof. His professional interests include healthcare workforce development, the application of lean management to the operations of rural health programs, and the use of local languages in global health education.
Caitlin Gillespie is an MPH candidate at BUSPH concentrating in Global Health with a particular interest in maternal and child health. She is a determined optimist passionate about empowering individuals through local health interventions. Her professional interests include reproductive health, child survival issues, and creative approaches to resource distribution and knowledge dissemination.
Jeanette Kaiser is an MPH candidate at Boston University School of Public Health. She is concentrating in Global Health, with an emphasis on Health Program Management. She is passionate about maternal and child health, nutrition, and family planning. Her professional interests include improving availability and quality of health services in rural areas and low resource settings, specifically related to maternal and child health needs.

With her background as a medical doctor, she dedicated herself in public health consulting for MCH programs. Karen Kirk is an MPH candidate in Global Health at Boston University School of Public Health. She graduated in 2011 from Davidson College with a BA in French and a minor in Gender Studies. Karen plans to pursue a career promoting women's sexual health and reproductive rights in Africa. She has studied and worked in Senegal and Kenya. She has summited Mount Kilimanjaro.
Sydney Ford is an MPH candidate in Global Health at Boston University School of Public Health. She graduated in 2013 from the University of St. Andrews with a Masters in International Relations. Sydney plans to enroll in medical school after her MPH and wants to work in primary care in rural health settings.
Sara Jaffer is an MPH candidate at BUSPH, dual-concentrating in Global Health and Maternal & Child Health. She is interested in program management and evaluation on a global scale. Sara plans to spend some time in Asia, particularly India and/or Pakistan where her language skills can be helpful, to work with community health workers who serve rural villages.
Laura Moro is an MPH candidate concentrating in Global Health at Boston University School of Public Health. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Biology and Philosophy. After completing her Master's, she will be joining the Peace Corps working in Senegeal on community health initiatives. Her particular interests include maternal and child health, nutrition, and adolescent sexual and reproductive health.

After working in IT-role for marketing/financial services & logistics industries for 5 years, he is interested in building social enterprises around health system and business insight & analytic function in bio-pharma industry.

Sajani is passionate about global health disparities, infectious disease prevention, and gender equity.
