1.10 Roles and responsibility of Dispatch center 

• Receiving information, 
• Analyze information, 
• Interpreting information, 
• Communication to involved EMS team, 
• Sending response to EMS team, 
• Follow the EMS care regularly. 
• Furthermore the dispatch center will identify health facilities which are capable of responding to emergency care and availability of emergency care beds at hospitals.
