The preparation for the home visit could be accomplished by performing two key activities.
Self-preparation (personal hygiene):
A health extension worker should be a role model to the community she is working for. Otherwise, she may not have an acceptance by the community. So she should always be an example of neatness and attractive personality. Therefore keep your personal hygiene any time before you leave for the home visit.
Prepare the necessary equipment you need for the home visit:
Get the relevant equipment only into your kit. Avoid the unnecessary equipment.
